For 18 years, we have been providing consulting services through a number of different IDP companies. These were re-structured in 2019 and now our environmental, labour and community management services are provided through

• Apply labour relations gap analysis tools for assessing and monitoring of contractors to ensure the effective implementation of labour strategies
• Provide strategic labour relations advice relating to the project context and labour risk profile
Communications and Reporting
• Lessons learned workshops for senior managers, drawing on experience from 13 Lender-financed projects
• Development and dissemination of material for external reporting, consultation and engagement purposes
• Preparation of client performance reports for lenders and other stakeholders

Biodiversity, Ecology Studies and Anti-poaching
• Specialist terrestrial and aquatic biodiversity guidance for projects, including biosecurity assessment and management, management of invasive species and development of biodiversity offsets
• Ecological studies, wetland delineations, aquatic ecology and aquatic health surveys, Red-Listed species surveys, critical habitat evaluations, ecology management plans, and ecology monitoring programmes

Environment Labour and Community Management
• Definition of practical mitigation and management measures and conversion into executable processes (contracts, action plans) which integrate with client management processes
